Great ways to detox your mind

To talk about detox, it is necessary to analyze what makes us toxic. In other words, what makes us to be abusive and unhealthy emotionally. Sometimes it is easy for us to find out who acts like that, but the real question is are you analyzing yourself to know if you are toxic? and how is that affecting you? To start you can check if you have feelings of guilt, if you are manipulative for your own purposes, discourage yourself or others, or don't like to apologize for your own actions. After analyzing the situation it is important to commit with yourself and to ask what could be improved. When you realize that you need improvement, then you can create a plan to detox your mind and project yourself for the future. The next step is to let go the bad feelings and emotions and replace them for the correct ones. The rationale of this is that if something is filled, first needs to be emptied to fill it with what is desired. Therefore, let go your bad feelings and replace them with what is pure, peace-loving, full of mercy and of good fruits.
